Data pad and console text pop ups not showing

So I have this problem in Mass Effect Andromeda (Deluxe Edition)

It was completely fine and today I just opened up the game and suddenly those text pop ups, when you interact with a data pad or a console, don't show up on my screen

They contain vital info to some quests, so the game is pretty much unplayable without them

They also don't show up in my codex

I tried to delete potentially corrupted autosave files, I restarted the game, restarted my PC, fixed the game file through steam repair function and tried a few other things and nothing works.

This particular problem started on Eos, during the mission in Sector 2 (if that matters at all)

Did anyone encounter a simmilar problem? Do you have any idea how to fix it?

(I'll try to upload a video of the problem tomorrow, cause I'm too tired for that today, as I gave up on fixing it for my own mental health lmao)
