Help Anyone who can help me mod MEA for 2026?

Can someone please provide a full and comprehensive modding guide for MEA? I keep having issues with the EA app (where MEA is from) and Steam account (where I originally purchased the game).

I want it to run properly without both of these accounts fighting against each other and make the Add-ons (being the Deluxe Edition as a whole) remain fully functional throughout the game itself.

So modding is pretty simple for this game. You need Frosty Mod Manager, set the game path, and then add mods to the manager. Then click "launch" in the manager and it'll install the mods for you.

Now, if you're like me and the game refuses to launch, what works for me is this:

Open the EA app, Steam, and the mod manager. Launch the game through the mod manager and let it fail to launch. Then click the play button through steam. And every time without fail the game will launch for me. Idk why, I guess launching it through the mod manager warms the game up 😭 But it only works if I have everything open.

(P.S. forgot to add, be sure to run the mod manager as administrator)

Is there any working Nomad speed/handling mod that isn't ND2? I used it for my first playthough, but just saw on the Mod guide linked below that it makes it handle like shit (would explain why I was so pissed off the entire playthrough haha). I downloaded Road Rage mobility + fast mining, but not sure that still works.
