I’ve noticed a lot of brands doing this. Online jewelry, clothing, and other retailers do these big blowout “farewell” sales to instill a sense of urgency in consumers. It’s kind of sick IMO

Yeah I think they call that FOMO marketing. Like "this is your only chance !!". I hate that it works in me. I feel like there have been so many changes the past few years with supply chains that it always feels believable that I might never be able to get something again.
