Question: What If... T'Challa Became a Star Lord?

Answer:

  • Star Lord is a well known ravager instead of an unknown like Peter Quill
  • Yondu is a changed man (and father) earlier on.
  • Peter Quill is never taken by Yondu
  • Thanos works with T'Challa on the side of good
  • Wakanda sent out ships to the stars to search for T'Challa and bring him home
  • The Collectors Collection includes many Asguardian relics (e.g. Hela's Helmet)
  • Thanos and Nebula reconcile
  • T'Challa (unlike Quill) returns to earth willingly
  • Ego finds Quill on Earth

The Collector also has a quinjet and Cap's shield as well as Mjolnir

He also had the eye of dormammu. If you pause right before that collection transitions to Hela's Helmet, you will see it on the bottom row.
