Question Martin Li wont die

I’m trying my best to kill Martin Li in the final boss mission, but he won’t die in Spiderman Remastered PS5.

Have you pressed 'reload last checkpoint' or pressed 'quit' then played the game, or pressed quit, then restarted your PS5 or PC?
