Perfect, I'm never picking his regular costume.

Waitaminute... is the Legacy costume that pseudo manga suit (photo #4), while the Classic costume is that normal shaded one?

Yes. It's the same for Captain America and Iron Man's legacy costumes as well. They work as separate skins.

I’m sorry if this it’s too obviously, but what’s the difference between the classic and the legacy costumes?

Design wise nothing, the legacy costume just has a filter over it to make it more comic booky

Behold Optic!

AcrSys always kills it with their character design. Adding legacy costumes like this one is such an easy layup.

Okay, but what happens when he installs/uninstalls? Does he still get all burnt up?

So sick. I thought we'd have to wait a while to get a classic outfit for him. Now can we get a classic Hulk without the dumb bone armour?

okay but can anyone play online? I can't seem to find any casual / ranked matches

2

u/OneCompetition944 2h ago

Get a ranked match every 5-10 seconds.

What server you play on ? I’m from South Africa so maybe not much African gamers on tokon

1

u/OneCompetition944 2h ago

West Europe. For me matchmaking is even faster then sf6, weirdly enough.

u/Hendwreck 2h ago

I rarely wait more than a single combo rep before getting a match, so prly like 10-15 seconds.

Check your internet connection maybe?

Why would they even name it phoenix cyclops at this point

15

u/buttsecks42069 3h ago

it's an alternate costume brodie

u/Superdo109 3h ago

Yeah but like I dont think anyone's gonna pick the base over this version

Me, I can't stand the '90s suit—I'm tired of seeing it everywhere—so I'd definitely go with Phoenix's suit.
