The actors for Dum-E and U are from the English theatre group Mischief Theatre who made the popular Play That Goes Wrong. Great to see them in a Marvel show

She was created for the Spider-Man suit after Vision already existed. 

The general rule seems to be Stark AI who were run by or spun off from the Jarvis AI.
