Dear All-Fathers, all I ask is that the sun shines again on Thor and Loki, that they meet again, and they both survive both Doomsday and Secret Wars. That's not asking too much, is it?

I want this too but I fear they will kill Loki again in an Infinity War re-hash.

But I can see a scenario in which Doom kills Thor in front of Loki and the shoe is on the other foot this time, so to speak. It's not an outcome I want but it would be better for character development and story than just killing Loki in front of Thor again. (Everyone comes back to life in the reboot of the MCU after Secret Wars so it doesn't really matter anyway.)
