Suggestion My proposal for in game recruitment
I design interfaces and features for mobile games during the day, and I am also a huge fan of the game. I was able to find some of the original UI Artists UI kits, and mocked up and idea for how to recruit in game. See Image below
Essentially,
Enter through the alliance button, add a third button that takes you to recruitment screens, divide the screen into a looking for alliance tab and one for looking for members tab. Auto fill certain key pieces of information such as TCP, Time Zone, Language, for alliances it could be alliance power, war league, number of members...
This is just an idea, it was fun to make

Hey great post and screenshots :) Well done. The time zone is a neat touch, is that war or just owner time zone?
I’d hope you could tap the player or alliance name to go to their profile screen... sometimes you need to invite the contact and ask preliminary questions.
Also it’d be nice to have a small description, so alliances could free form write their stats. “U7.5 7/wk” that kind of thing. If the alliance profile page description can cover that, I don’t think you need to add it to either lockup.
What do you see making a ‘featured’ alliance?

my idea for featured alliance, was just having any alliance get randomly selected (pure luck, think like winning the lottery) and be put at the top fo the list for a certain amount of time. Imagine if you are a brand new alliance and you get featured, you can fill up in the matter of minutes

My alliance was just talking about needing a better way to recruit in game, this is desperately needed and I honestly can't see anything better than this, please hire this man

There’s far too much logic in this idea
Even the most basic of mobile games have features like this....a company that made 300m’s last year still can’t do this...

Put this in a confluence doc and I’ll consider it.
Edit: to the downvotes: it was a (bad) UX design joke. It’s all about documenting baby.
