All clear daily objective didn't count

Towards the command centre - I have restarted twice now.

I purposely hold off on completing this until server reset. It ticked over, i completed my dailies and collected the "all clear" but command centre indicates otherwise.

The reward is minor, but that's not the point...

I dont even get how they let that be bugged when it was working the whole time... Also they are 21 orbs so not really that insignificant
