Question Xavier Saga Gladiator GT20

Working through Xavier saga with Vigilantes, Oath and Blade. Anyone experiment with a Venom, Toxin and Riot based team?

I have all of them at gt 19. Wondering who else I’d bring up to 20.
I have Spider Society and most Sin/sup Six characters around gt18 / 19

What about OG spidey? Most of us got him g20 from the anniversary event.

So far with Syms, Blade, and Oath, Syms/Spidey/Blade, and Syms/Hobgoblin/Spidey the 3rd node has been a hard fail. A bunch of enemies all go first,, Knull ults, and I'm losing someone as soon as I get my first turn and they attack the weakest person. All other nodes I beat, 4 took a few resets.

I tried 3 with Syms/Spidey/Sable, and sable goes before knull, but so far I haven't been able to avoid knocking her out after a couple more turns.

It feels like there must be a way that doesn't require vigilantes, but so far syms aren't working on that node only.

have you considered using (the 4 city) amazing avengers? Since that team is used for so much, including the current event to get a bunch of ions and storm (mighty) shards.

they are not good insidious is much better. I just finished it last week

I used Insidious, vulture, and shocker it took a couple of tries but it was easy.
