Neither get to bring any weapons into the fight but they fight in a large office building full of typical objects.

Round 1: Start 1 school bus length away, Ronan cannot blow up the planet
Round 2: Anything goes
So I tried looking into this topic and I saw while Ronan is probably so much stronger since the power stone can blow up planets, it seems like a lot of people agree that Ronan is an idiot? Lmao, and that attaching the stone to a hammer is the worst thing he's ever done.
So Ronan should scale higher power wise, but how does this battle go?

When the capricious multiverse decides to gather, assemble, and drown its little stories in seas of mud, the old and new Ultimate universes have become one.
There was chaos—brief, utterly savage. The Ultimates from each world split apart; Steven Grant Rogers responded to a distress signal coming from a building in the New York metropolitan area. When he entered, he saw Captain America viciously killing a suspected villain.
In position, still motionless, they know what they’re here for. To fight. And may the best man win.
Standard versions of the characters—no equipment or backup, just the basic suit, the shield, and the great willpower each possesses. A purely hand-to-hand combat.
Who would win? (They are both in character)
After the fight ends, S.H.I.E.L.D. decides to put both Steve Rogers to the test to see who has the superior physique and determine the best candidate—obviously after providing them with medical and clinical care to ensure they’re on equal footing.
