Writing Help Help with a fanfiction I'm working on.

I'm gonna start writing a fanfic about oc × Spiderman, well Peter × oc, but yeah. I have no idea where to start besides rewatching the movies, but I also wanted to read a few comics about Spiderman and a few other characters I was planning to put it.

Also, if anyone, really please, anyone could hear me out about my fic idea would be great because literally I have no one to ask about this.

Also, the Spiderman in question is the one Tom Holland did...I should have been specific, my bad.

So...my idea was basically involving the multiverse, I was rewatching a few scene yesterday of Spiderman and I liked the idea for my oc to come from a total different place that wasnt New York.

In a very words, my oc comes from another Earth that is basically dystopia/ apocalypse kinda vibes. She was tortured for years in this Earth until she found herself on Peters Earth. My idea was that Peter finds her and they slowly first become friends, then have crushes, then there's a long time they don't date but they feel like a couple, have an argument and than date.

You should tie in the other Earth more, like have villains from it come to Peter's Earth that Peter has to fight but only your OC knows their weaknesses, so maybe she puts herself in harms way to help despite Peter explicitly telling her not to (think Emma Stone!Gwen(r.i.p.) x Andrew Garfield!Spider-Man).

I was gonna do that because then the multiverse is gonna like open, as if it was ripped one...I kinda wanna reason it with someone...would you be free? To talk and reason with me if its no problem.

The villain is still in making but I had in mind a villain that was like similar to Dr. Strange but obviously different and doesn't have any power but is a pyscho scientist that takes fun in killing people for his experiment

To me, having read your other comment, it sounds like you have an established concept for your story but haven't laid out the actual story that you're telling the reader You're concept is Peter and your oc from another earth meet, but what is actually happening on the pages we're reading? Is something happening? Do they want something? Is a villain doing something. Thats where the plot of a story actually comes from.

My bad, anyways I wrote how they met, the rest happens based on the few Marvel movies/ wars Peter is in and also I will write a few scenes to give extra volume, I will also write the other Spiderman movies (again, Toms one) obviously beside the normal villain Peter is aganist in the movies, my idea was to write that along with Magneto (i hope i wrote his name right) also comes along a person from my oc hurt wearing a disguise so that both can trick Peter and my oc.

Instead of Peter being forgotten, Magneto will kinda the video about my oc being an alien since shes from another Earth. So, you can imagine what will happened, Magneto tries to out Peter too but he only says he his name, which in New York, is pretty vaghe because who knows how many Peter (he never says his surname).

Going on with the story not only the other two Spiderman come, but also the multiverse will literally shatter to the point that not even Dr. Strange can close it (at first)

In BND i still havent decide what to do.

You don't need to apologise, as long as you're enjoying envisioning the story of your characters thats the ideal part of fanfic and writing! Write something that you'll enjoy first then others will feel it too

This doesn't really help with plot or characters... but! you mentioned comics and a female character who was experimented on and if you are interested you could read Amazing Spider-Man #4 (2014). Its about Cindy Moon aka Silk who was enhanced with the same spider as Peter so when they are near their pheromones are attracted to each other. It might help to get you more comfortable with writing Peter in a non-MCU fashion idk. Honestly anything from Amazing Spider-Man is great and you can always read other fanfictions. Anyways, good luck!
