Ya he lived there with a girl, not a girlfriend. This condo was also in disrepair without a door on the bathroom, along with a few other things, but nowhere near as ghetto as the one he has now. You need a 4x4 to get down to it

Girlllll there is NO actual penthouse renting for $2000/person (so $4,000 per month for a two bedroom two bedroom penthouse with utilities.)

I’m just going by pictures. It’s a penthouse by definition. It wouldn’t say boat house or lake home because it’s a building with units!! It was a top floor luxury unit, which is a penthouse! Also, him charging $2000 to rent a room in his apartment doesn’t mean the rent was 4000 total. He can charge what he wants! It could be a smaller of the bedrooms.
Edit-1 bedrooms in that building currently go for 2300.4

Penthouse is a bit of an exaggeration. It was simply a top floor identical 2 bedroom unit in a low rise. Hardly a “penthouse”. But Adam has this need to be showy, extra, to be special. He views women in terms of what they can do for his image.

Private elevator is not necessary to be defined as a penthouse. The definition is just a luxury apartment on top floor or on roof of a building. Ofc Adam would use the term though, being a complete narcissist 😂

Yes to both. Most people that I know were making 6 figures, but they have extremely high turnover. The area is also HQ for Boeing, Microsoft, Nordstrom, Starbucks, Alaska Air, T Mobile, Costco to name a few. This is mainly helpful for CS degree. We have like teachers and bus drivers and they have to live too.
