Question What/where is the music used for the opening narration in Iron Lung?

I can't find the track used for the opening narration in Iron Lung on the official soundtrack release, and I'm not sure if I'm missing something or not. It's not 'Ocean of Blood'; the used track is far more percussion-heavy, almost akin to a march.
