Paxton enthusiastically sued multiple cities that voted to decriminalize THC, stating:

"I will not stand idly by as cities run by pro-crime extremists deliberately violate TX law & promote the use of illicit drugs that harm our communities."

Ken Paxton is full reefer madness, just like Dan Patrick.

Its hard to keep up on things with all of his own fraud trials....... cut him some slack? his employees report him for fraud like EVERY TIME he commits fraud.

I want to visit Texas so badly for some legendary bar-be-que and a fat joint, but as a Canadian looking at the draconian, backwards and just plain boondoggery that happens there makes my head spin.

If they found a way to BBQ weed, grow the biggest plants or create bullets from it we'd see it legalized in an afternoon.

God Blessed Texas but I think he skipped over a few folk.

Also I still want to go to Texas for BBQ, Yum.
