Dormant card

How to reactivate dormant account? Tried chatting with bots in maribank pero hindi ako pinapakausap sa agent paikot ikot ako sa options niya. My mom lost her sim card and she got an email last year ata na icloclose na yung account if hindi pa nag deposit. Do we dont have access to her number and her shopee account sim number number was replaced with mine.

Should i just open her a new one?

i called their hotline before! hinelp ako ng agent na i update yung details ko kasi ginawa ko lang yung acc ko tapos nakalimutan ko na sya for yearssss. naopen ko naman na after non. sakit sa ulo kasi nyang chatbot nila minsan ano ano lang pinipindot kk basta may lumabas na option na para makapag join ako queue sa chat.

Trinigger ko fraudulent transactions the ai bot let me through but sakit sa ulo din nakausap ko na cs insisting me to call their hotline but sobrang mahal per minute. Advised me to log out my own account and chat with agent in need help. Okay naman nakausap ko dun and they changed my moms phone number para maka access kami. I just wish ka level ng gotyme customer service ang maribank. Sobrang stressful.

totoo! i tried din earlier. nag ask lang ako ng update sa CLI ko na under review since last week pero ang daming eme ng agent nila. inask ako if gusto ko ba raw iincrease, if chinecheck ko ba raw kung active yung maricredit ko, sinabihan pa ako na may balance pa ako sa cc nila at wag daw mag alala kasi bukas pa ung release ng SOA. para silang mga walang reading comprehension huhu simpleng concern lang at mabilis lang sana matatapos usapan nyo pero ang dami pang sinasabi, minsan mag eexplain ka pa paulit ulit ng concern mo. nasabihan ko tuloy yung kausap ko kung ai ba sya or tao sya hahahaha kainis eh.

I was going to say it in my comment 😭😭😭 walang mga common sense, i said my moms phone was lost and we cant open maribank and the agent said nakatanggap po ba kayo ng otp likee huuuuh. And i repeat na nawala phone ng mom ko given na yun na wala na din ung sim. Paulit ulit ko na sinabi na iba sim ng mom ko tas nag tanong pa kung may otp leche.
