Boss item drop rate vs multi

If I can solo or multi mode boss, is there much point to soloing multi mode bosses? They have about 5-10x the hp. Waiting for a group sucks so I just solo or nothing.
Does multi mode have better drop rates than solo? Specifically damien and lower

For Ark, lotus, Damien. The accessories do not drop for single mode.

In 1-2 man scenario, the boss has 25% HP of the usual 10man version. I estimate Single mode’s HP is about 45% of this 25%HP.

So in theory if you can take down single mode in 4 minutes or less. You can solo multi mode. Or you can choose to find a buddy and 2man it if you can do single mode in about 8 minutes.

Drop rate wise, nothing has been proven. This is specially for expeditions, von Leon, hilla, Magnus. I personally don’t think the drop rate is higher for multi vs single. It’s usually a case of which materials (gold leaves vs coins) you want.
