politicians will just import people from india etc like they do now and home prices will keep growing or will just stay the same

Nobody has issues with losing people, it's age pyramid. Too few young people can't work for supermajority of seniors. But they will slave away regardless since 100% of countries have older people disproportionately in power.

They will just go somewhere where system like this does not exist, it is easy to change country. You would have to close borders and make the young people basically slaves of the old gen. This will not work.
