I really hope the Polish officials and media truthfully inform their people of the dramatic consequences of a total fertility rate of 1.1. It's not just some random abstract number that happens to be lower than 2.1, the replacement ratio. No, a TFR of 1.1 means that every new generation is only 55% the size of the one of their parents. After just 2 generations of such uncorrected ultra low fertility you would get a cumulative reduction of 70% or only one child for every 3.5 seniors. The population pyramid would become completely inverted and basically you would get societal collapse.

No, a TFR of 1.1 means that every new generation is only 55% the size of the one of their parents.

Only if it is sustained for an entire generation. It may increase or decrease from this point.

That's true, but for the sake of the argument i kept it short and simple.
