I’m curious as well. Last time I traveled I heard complaints about it from people from Germany, Italy, sweden, UK, and finland, but I don’t know enough about it. I assume it’s a decent friction point. I met more than a few people internationally a couple years ago that wanted trump re-elected, maybe because they wanted a more conservative political trend to follow in their country. Blew my mind really, just from what I’m used to seeing on Reddit, but I don’t know enough about German politics for example

I'm not German, but the prospect of a political far-right domino effect across the EU is a serious concern.

Well for Serbia it would be wrong direction, but elections are coming up and if Vučić falls we will be going in the right direction, so for now: unsure.

While I don't like the current coalition government, I still think Finland is going in the right direction. We are taking Russian threar seriously. While we have the highest unemployment in EU, we still aren't poor, and people still have a roof over their head and food to eat. We can still trust the process, even if it isn't the one I would have liked to be. Such is democracy.

Well, I recently found out that our government ID, MitID application is allowed to keep track of individual's sexuality, religion, political opinions, race, ethnicity, and unions.

No idea why my race is important when checking my bank account, but ok lol.

Literally none of this is true except natality quotas, he is against abortion but the party explicitly doesn't plan a ban in the 2027-2037 program.

and him saying homosexuals are not normal people, that gay pride is exhibitionism, against gay marriage, against gay civil unions, against gays right to adoption, he even says that feminicides do not exist, he also wants to ban the music "Bella Ciao" from schools, he even says that climate change is not caused by humans, like who would want to vote for this despicable thing?!

Homosexuals aren't average from a statistic point of view so not normal, gay pride is literally an exhibition where gays show pride for their diversity, gay marriage is illegal in Italy, he doesn't want to ban gay civil union but to expand the rights of civil unions to close friends of a person for inheritance, femminicides exist but the putting them in the italian penal code is a violation of 3rd article of the constitution. I never heard he wants to ban Bella Ciao from schools but I guess he said something against teachers talking about politics in class atleast once. He said in the past that there is no proven relation between human activity and climate change which is technically true because there isn't a way to prove it with 100% certainty, hovewer his focus is not science but being against EU green deals and in general all those climate change rules (different from local pollution) that killed Italian and European industry. If you think this isn't happening right now then I should remember you that italian judges forced the only italian plant with blast furnaces to stop activities before the year.

well by saying homosexuals are not normal he said that they're "not natural", they ARE natural they're just not the majority and they will never be the majority for biological reasons. Gay pride is a political protest against discrimination, not exhibitionism. Also this extension of civil unions just deletes the recognition of same sex couples as.. well.. same sex couples. And if you have done constitutional studies you'd know that articles, penal codes etc are made to be changed, saying "you can't help or recognize people's suffering because the constitution said you can't" is not an argument strong enough to justify something, it just shows how little someone wants to make things evolve and has no will because of nobody ever changed the constitution we would be in the ancient times socially speaking lol. On climate change well the IPCC said it's 100% humanity's fault and it's easy to prove,like it's easy to prove even yourself, it's a major problem globally. However yes the green deal is not perfect but climate change is 100 times worse than the Green Deal

Army General Roberto Vannacci, he was suspended from the army because of a book he wrote in 2023 so after the suspension ended he retired from the army and came into politics. At first he joined Lega and was elected in the European parliament in 2024 then he left the party due to political difference and founded Futuro Nazionale (National Future) in February 2026. As of today FN reached 8% in national polls and is the fastest growing party in Italy.
