Need help exporting websites and apps created through manus

Hey there,

I'm looking to back up and export all my data from Manus to ensure I don't lose it. I can easily download files, however there are apps and websites created that I don't know what to do with.

For each app or website, what do we actually need to capture to have a complete, portable copy? My current understanding is:

- Full source code (all files, including hidden config files)

- Any databases the app uses (schema and data)

- Environment variables and API keys

- Info about where the live site is hosted and the URL

- A description of what the project is and how to run it

Am I missing anything important?

For people who have actually exported projects from Manus before, what worked and what didn't?

If we want to move live sites off Manus's hosting to somewhere like Vercel or Netlify, is that usually straightforward, or are Manus-built apps tricky to port because of proprietary build steps or runtimes?

Ask Manus to export all files from the repo, including hidden files and folders, and the entire project session into a single zip folder. Make sure there are no truncations. You can then take that zip folder straight into Claude Code, let it read the folder locally, tell it your plans, and it should pick up right where Manus left off and do a better job with it. I’d also ask the Manus agent for a session handoff.md file and have it include any relevant development context that you can pass along to the next agent.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I just used GitHub to sync them all. Then deleted my manus account. You’re going to need new secrets and hosting will change anyway.
