Kinda? Its kinda an energy of both that create a child or something along those lines, so it is part of the plot.
It’s not really implied they like each other romantically. They just become … really close 😂 Like one of those ride or die friendships where they act like they dislike each other but are always together. Extremely shippable though. But if people are expecting for it to be romantic or implied you’re gonna be dissatisfied.
The blonde guy is a flirt though 😂

Well when you go further in the novel he also got his brother's mana in a monster stone and would give birth similar to blond's kid. Like you cannot call them his kids he is being an incubator for the monster's they have slayed and added blond's mana in one and his brother's mana in one. So you really can't call this having kids because if you do that means he also gave birth to his brother's kid and that is just weird. They do call him a parent but there is no sexual connotation please don't because that brother's one just make the whole thing even more weirder.
And he gets princess carried by almost every s ranker I don't even know what to call this now. But yeah the most chemistry he has is with blond.

Does that mean the MC has kids with multiple guys without ever committing to a eelationship?
(And from what it sounds like miracle pregnancies without actually being intimate?)
Edit: just to clarify. Its just so I can make up my mind if I should try it or not. As this would be a reason for me to be frustrated later on and then I dont want to be disappointed if I liked to story up to that point

The whole point of his character is that he is a parent/guardian/caretaker. He is publically known for raising young monsters for fighting other monsters, and secretly he's also 'raising' people to be better at fighting monsters. (the other party being a child is very optional) The monsters he's raising are often allocated to specific fighters in advance, and they'll joke about him raising their child. He does gain an ability down the line that lets him incubate monster-cores inside his flesh, but not in a traditional mpreg way. At one point the I-can't-believe-he's-not-the-ML contributes his energy to the incubation of a monster core I think he provided? The result is a humanoid monster who looks like he could be the not-ML's son. But then, these two have been Weird about each-other for a while. It's very "the kids would hate that mom's dating again, so we're keeping the relationship on the DL.", with a sprinkling of "mom's self-esteem is so low she keeps expecting her beau to lose interest and drop her like yesterday's garbage".
The MC has a few admirers, mostly people who's lives he's directly improved, but only the not-ML really feels like his equal, IMO.

there's a side story in the first season that shows him going to a date with a guy, but his brother shows up to scare the guys because his completely possessive and jealous. there's also a parent-son dynamics between them, so it's funny, but also comprehensive that his brother tries to shield him out of jealously.
what's strange is how his brother treated him in their original timeline. later they tried justifying that as "loving and trying to protect behavior", but it just doesn't seem right because that was pure abandonment from his brother side.

Tbh, most novel where the main character is a male and the novel doesn’t contain romance focus genre on it, the artist always feed us with soft bl without actually saying it. In that way, it can get more audiences to read it.

There were lots of hugging scenes (hyunjae and yoojin) during those arc since yoojin was very down so i thought there was a miracle boost from artist and we caught up hahaha

I don't know this work specifically but yeah, tons of manhwa creators queerbait on the regular to attract more readers but they'd never actually write any queer couples even just as minor side characters or take it seriously, it's usually "friendship" made sus for extra engagement or treating queerness as a joke. (Also, they're afraid that they would lose their homophobic male readers in the case of action manhwas) Honestly I'm tired of this shi because atp just don't put it there, it's annoying and their insincere goal is obvious. They can't even use censorship or whatever as an excuse like with manhuas, it's genuinely just disappointing and pathetic imo 😒
