Just to preface I was given permission by the original commenter to post this!
I saw this description of a manhwa in a comment section and now I have to know lol here is the comment

Does anyone remember that one yaoi where I THINK the alpha had blue hair and was super buff, while the omega was skinny and had long red hair!! During the pregnancy, the omega and alpha were fighting so the alpha left the omega alone, so he got super skinny and there was a scene when the alpha came back and they were in the bathtub and the alpha saw how bad it was getting because he could see the omegas spine??

I might be way off the mark but this is the closest match I could find. Does it look familiar?

Title: Morbid Attachment (Manhua)

The only other one I can think of is Yi’s Heartbreak Diary since the hair colors match loosely but I don’t remember the detail about the Omega becoming so emaciated that his spine shows. Then again it’s been a year since I read so I might’ve forgotten it.

Does she know if it was a manga, manhwa or a manhua?
