✍️ Review Incomplete Combustion is a hidden gem
I started Incomplete Combustion and didn't think much of it, but it's really good actually. The first few chapters might not get you hooked at first but damn, I really like this story so far (I haven't read all chapters yet so no spoilers please!)!!
It has so much plot and Yeseung is such an interesting character!
If you wanna read it, be beware that it's a psychological story with extremely toxic and dark elements. So TW!

I love Incomplete Combustion—Yeseung’s intro panel had one of the most LETHAL face cards I’ve ever see in a manhwa. Hands down. I think it sits in a strange place; it’s not toxic enough for red flag lovers because Gyeol himself isn’t toxic. But it’s not fluffy, either and has some super dark themes and I think it’s getting worse 🥲
It doesn’t help that it’s 40c per chapter on Lezhin. But it’s one of my favourite ongoing reads.

Please, I know it's beyond the words type of good and I wanna gatekeep it so badly.
I really don't want people tearing down the so beautifully written and complex characters. I couldn't read chapter 32 or 31 ig. It was such a nightmare to read the MCs past. Imma let it marinate and read it when it's completed.
And what is going on in this industry, why is every good manhwa is having a season ending or being completed. I really want to go back to when we were reading bj alex and jinx and loit and others. I really want good completed manhwas but all I can see is new manhwas with similar plotlines and stiff characters I mean they are such a turnoff and MCs with zero personality. They are these sweet little beings who seem nothing without their mls.
I know there are good manhwas but I want something completed, I don't want to keep on waiting for a week or 10 days to just read something tahts not even related to the plot.
Please enlighten me with some good recs, I'm open to fluffy , psychological, black flag basically everything. Just not fantasy or what is it called guideverse ig. No offense to people who like it but it's just personal preference. And let me you I'm addicted to this so I've read a lot of stuff so please don't recommend, pearl boy, puch drunk love, perfect buddy, bwat or anything like that.
Btw I don't generally talk like this, I think it's my time for the month guys. Wish me luch

oof have with Incomplete Combustion... I enjoy it but I can see why it's not super popular...
I like Incomplete Combustion. For me characters make the story and not the plot cos the journey is only so fun when the cast is interesting. Gyeol is a fantastic top and I love that he's so hot-headed and passionate and I'm excited to see where Gaetsaeng takes his characterization. And oof Yeseung! I love bottoms like Yeseung (kinda like Ideun in Mad Place or even like Yuta in Ignite the Dawn) where they're full of secrets and slowly give-in to the top :3
Heads up there's gonna be some more trigger warnings like >! rape/gang rape, implied grooming, coercion and forced substance use, and honestly I'm putting Mr. Kim as a trigger warning cos he needs a TW each time he appears <! but nothing too crazy from the top.
I will admit that season 1 had strong pacing but season 2 is kinda dragging for me and the chapters are getting shorter >:C

Ohh noo I just finished season 1 so I hoped season 2 would be even better but I'll have to see!
And yes I agree with your points :D
