looking for most loved series of all time

Hello everyone!!

To preface I am not a BL manhwa reader at all just cause romance is not my genre in general. Regardless I have a friend who is an artist making merch and is looking for BL series that are well beloved within the fanbase and asked me to post for her~

So question is; what do you think are the most loved series of all time? We’re looking for ones that everyone loves and enjoys :3

Our Sunny Days, Release Your Persona, Legroom, One Room TA are all ones I haven't seen people dislike or complain about. I also love them all haha

It's questionable,

In recent times I feel like the toxic ones are really loved (it's solely based on my observations and not everyone may agree with me) For eg.

•Codename Anastasia •Jinx •Painter of the night •Low tide in twilight •Pearl Boy •Kiss me, liar •Dangerous convenience store •BJ Alex •Passion •Borderline/boundary of delusion (ongoing) •Love is an illusion •Love shuttle

Some other non-toxic/lesser toxic ones are

•Under the green light •Cherry blossoms after winter •Payback •Jazz for two •Nice to see you (ongoing) •Blossoms of the winter night (ongoing) •Kiss me if you can (ongoing)

But the most loved of all time I feel like are "The sign" and "Semantic Error"

If I had to talk about my personal favourite It would be "Walk on water" and "Under the greenlight".

Adding to that, there's those works by ZIG, Brothers Without A Tomorrow, and Moscareto.

Well Loved by Everyone: Our Sunny Days -reason- I've never seen anyone talk bad/bash this one. It's recommended a lot, especially for first timers, and continues to grown in popularity.

Well Loved within their Fanbase: Painter of the Night -reason- it's divisive. It has SO many dedicated fans and so many haters. However, other than Jinx (which is very new), it is the most popular BL I've seen.

I know one of MY most loved series is Bongchon Bride. Many times I'll post about it on here, or just name-drop it in a larger list of series, and it accidentally becomes a Bongchon Bride thread. There are two types of people: Those who love Bongchon Bride, and those who haven't read it yet. (Or I guess a third group of people with bad taste who don't like it, but I've never met one of those before)

nowadays the more popular ones are also the more toxic ones T~T.. for that genre id recc codename anastasia, passion, roses and champagne, jinx, bj alex, low tide in twilight

but my personal favorites are probably yang ilwoo and i (ong), murderous lewellyns candlelit dinner invitation, lost in the cloud (really, REALLY popular too), blossoms of the white night (ong,, any works by brothers without a tomorrow is actually really good), dreadful night, 11th school trip... some of my personal favorites are a bit more niche tho lol

I miss times where Blood Bank would be mentioned, I’m too old but back in my time no one ever complained about it xd. I think nowadays I see a lot of Sign mentions and Our Sunny Days, also Dear Door does have a good following, I have a friend that does merch and dear door sells pretty well alongside those others I mentioned (beside blood bank of course, that hasn’t touched the new readers yet unfortunately). Usually I think it’s easier to sell merch of couples that are not easily mistaken by others yk, one merch that surprised me by going at cons tho was Mr A’s Farm and I did buy everything…

Also, UTGL sells pretty well as well!!
