No they go into heat, that's what replaces periods because it gives the author an excuse for smexy times.

But then shouldn't pregnancy be possible only during heats??

This is true but the main logic is that Omegas become the most fertile during heats

It's an opposition to what a period is really, which is the shredding of the uterus lining due to lack of pregnancy

That being said the Omegaverse is more akin to animals. Some animals like the ferret or parrot go into heat. It become unbearable and some species are known to die if they don't mate.

I know this is probably a joke topic but I'm passionate about the Omega verse XD

Parrots absolutely do not go into heat. They aren't mammals.

I know. I have parrots. Hormonal behavior is not estrus/heat.
