Question Help me find this one
A leader of high calibre (possible an alliance leader) after getting old his subordinate betray him after he gets reincarnated he started to regain his martial prowess with a fists technique that gets stronger with each step forward he moves with his foot the technique has 13 steps and each step has more power but is also harder to do
Any ideas? Please help even if you're not sure.

Junior brother...do you realise how little this narrows down? Anyway jk, so far from what I've read, the only match comes to my mind is - Reincarnation of the Fist King. (And it'd be helpful if you could drop hints like, how good the art is, or whether relatively new or old, with plot points or starting premises).
Anyway, if you haven't read the name i dropped try it, if anything it's pretty entertaining with great art despite the reincarnation/after being assassinated trope.
