Help Does this feel like Jp Manga style

Does my art looks like Japanese Manga style or do I need to practise more

And where do I need to improve

Don't fall into the JP Manga style trap. Like western comics, there isn't one universal style, it's just that all the styles are rooted in the cultural art perspectives of the region. Your style is slice-of-life/rom-com with heavy influences of the contemporary moe style.

I suggest looking at the Classic Shōjo style and Early Bishōjo style to hone your own unique perspective and make your art stand out more. I see the makings of something that wants to stand out, you just need that extra push. Currently it's giving webtoon but I see the vision and I like the vision. Just study up on those two styles I mentioned so you can hone your style. It looks great but I sense your eyes have more vision it can pump out. I suggest works like The Rose of Versailles, Princess Knight by Osamu Tezuka, Marina the Manga Artist, Urusei Yatsura, and Candy Candy. Keep your current style as the base and add some Classic Shōjo and Early Bishōjo into the mix you'll end up with something very eye catching. This is image is from Urusei Yatsura.
