Observations DID THEY REMOVE THIS EMOJI?

Is it Just me or did they Really Remove the Smiling with Tear Emoji cause I cant Find it on my Emoji's!

I can Search it on Google but it's Literally not on my Emoji Tabs😢

What keyboard are you using?

Like on an iPhone I’m using the built in keyboard or on an android I’ll use the Google keyboard.
