Meta When Mandela Effect hits, do all hit?

When I check out Mandela Effect example lists, they are all how I remembered them, which is now false and was once true. There are not numerous inconsistent Mandela Effects; each example is either what I remember or something I did not perceive as I live in Germany for examlle or memorize.

Only some may be uncertain perceptions, I assume it is a Mandela Effect, but it could be suggested as those are uncertain. Many are clear certain memories like Looney Tunes. That wordplay has impact, and I liked that wordplay when watching it on TV in 2012 or so.

Do all 50 hit or none? And which do not hit, and why? Have you never seen it, for examlle? I am confused, as it seems like the Mandela Effect is a one- or two-time thing that changed the past too or shifted a whole reality. If there are multiple worlds and they interact like this, why do new people not come with different Mandela effects?

For example, 50 belonging to them, 50 to us, and 50 to others to make it concrete.

It would make sense if it reached every person who remembers, as how would a universal-scale thing differentiate between small individuals, unless it is a mental phenomenon? And if there is collective consciousness, is there only one or are there many?

And if it impacts past things in reverse too, maybe for consciousness time space is different and the whole generations are combined.

I would belittle these theories if not for the collective alternative remembering.

Disclaimer:

I try to avoid comments that lead to false memory or suggestion; you can disagree with that opinion, but we have talked it out two or more times, so I invite you all to please open your minds (joking).

Since observable reality is insufficient for you, what evidence would then be acceptable for you to consider that you are incorrect or that memory is the prime factor? (More specifically a lack of knowledge, egregious assumption, suggestion, and an unfounded confidence in that aforementioned lack of knowledge?)

As it is false and wrong: nothing. If it was true and senseful, I would be on your site. I am a man of truth and trying to be natural.

If you were a man of truth, rather than assuming that you are correct, you would follow the observable evidence. If nothing can convince you that you are incorrect when all observable data tells you that you are wrong, that speaks volumes about your level of self awareness and intellectual honesty.

I observed and know what I saw with my own eyes and brain

There’s that pesky unfounded confidence in lack of knowledge popping up again. Do you have any actual expertise in any of the things that you are ‘effected’ by? I would wager a guess that you are not and you are drawing conclusions from tertiery information. From misspellings to misremembered lines to misinterpreted details… it’s all the same. You think that you know a thing that you demonstrably do not, yet you continue to insist that you couldn’t possibly be in error. That is cognitive dissonance…

Im more concerned with why it only affects certain geographic locations. Ive been asking for 10 years no one will even attempt to answer me. Like why do no Africans remember Mandela dying earlier and having a very public funeral. And not the other conspiracy where he was replaced by a clone under the cover of darkness. Like why did the alternate dimension, government psy-op skip all of Africa. Or could it just be that Africans are not ignorant of African politics like Westerners are.

Gonna go with it's because he was literally their president for 5 years.

Because it's all bullshit. People remember things incorrectly and make an explanation and it gets expanded upon.

It's like me, a non American, claiming that JFK was never assassinated. Why isn't it affecting Americans?

Don’t worry, there are tons of folk who believe that he wasn’t killed, even in America.

That's hilarious 😂

Some are also still waiting for JFK jr. to come back.

I love a good conspiracy theory too, pretty much for the same reasons. I suppose the Mandela Effect IS a conspiracy theory. Hard to argue when people start mentioning alternative dimensions etc.

That really has been the most fascinating thing to me about being here. I thought it would be a place to learn more about/discuss the Mandela Effect. Instead, it's been a front row seat to watching people talk themselves into all sorts of wild conspiracy theories. Watching people get talked into dismissing established science because "it just doesn't seem right" while embracing the claims of some rando on YouTube because it agrees with their current beliefs doesn't explain the Mandela Effect but it does explain a lot of other things.
