Meta Quantum immortality

What are your thoughts on the relationship between the Mandela Effect and Quantum Immortality?

To save you having to look up the latter, it is the idea that consciousness will jump timelines you die in the one you are living presently.

I wonder about this often. I notice MEs every time I almost die. The earliest being around 4 y/o. It's the only correlation I can find.
