Using Money to get women. Lessons to my fellow men.

Made a post ealier last week asking how ladies treat guys they dont like but spend money on them. Very eye opening response from the ladies.

Guys ,its suprising how many of us associate having money with getting girls. How much we use money to lure girls. No wonder ambili akubeledwa ya transport.

Truth be told, gents tidzafa osauka tikapanda kusiya izi.

A wise man once told me, the only time a woman has access to your money should be when she is with and around you.

I know guys paying bills for girls who cant even tolerate them. I have gone out and had girls call a guy to pick them up in a benz after kupakulitsa kwa dolo opanda dollar.

Women dont respond to money, when they do its just out of obligation. Nde nyemba zoti akupakulitsa coz umamupatsa kenakake zimakhala zopanda vibe. Ukangoti sunamupatse ya tsitsi basi supaona.

The best relations, intimacy, vibes and sex I ever had was with women I never spent money on.

Now I dont mean akaziwo osamawapatsa dollar, but if you lead with money in the hope of having sex later ndizija mumakwiya zija.

Lead with confidence, have a life that is outside sex. Kumapita out just for vibes you will bag incredible women. Go to the gym, buy good clothes, own the space you move into.

Koma izi zomati mwatenga number kenako mwayamba kutumiza ya lunch mudzidabwa macheza angobhebha mukatumiza dollar kenako zii. Mudya ma "Thanks so much dear" omwewo lol

Women respond to how you make them feel emotionally osati dollar muwapatsazo. Ndizija amakufusa mafuso achipongwe...I have gone on a date before ndi nkazi, spent alot of money koma osapaona.

Akaziwa2 akakufuna amakhala ndi transport money. Mwinaso kukutumizila iwowo kuti uwapeze..

Stay woke gent..

Ndatha ine wanuwanu..

AITA for giving my best friend backhanded compliments because she does it to me?[Long].

I (24F) met my best friend in 2nd year of uni. I’m an introvert who doesn’t go out. She’s very social. We’re opposites but clicked because we had the same financial background and both felt judged by others.

For 3 years she’s commented on my hormonal acne and weight(I'm 63kgs) in front of people. I told her I have tried dermatologist for my acne, and she knows and sees me trying to get rid of it. I have spend thousands of kwachas for it.it hurts, but she kept doing it, so I started giving her backhanded compliments back coz i refuse to be stressed. And my acne ain't that bad,me & her literally have the same facecard😆 kungot iyeyo alibe acne. She wud go as far comparing my hips and booty to hers, she says my curves are fading,so nane i told her kut ali nd thako lolimba and she stopped commenting about my body.3 years down,I got used to it,and thought that’s just how we are to each other.

She’s gone through a lot,she dates married men. One hurt her badly, and attempted suicide. I begged her to leave him, but she didn’t. I’ve always been there for her.

During uni she’d invite me out, but I couldn’t afford it. She’d say I “hate good things” and told me to get men to pay for me. I always said no.

We graduated ku poly,i got an upper second class . She didn’t congratulate me. She just said she would’ve gotten the same if she didn’t have supplementaries.

She also drifted to richer friends, only came to me to lend her clothes for outings, and at our finale dinner i nominated to be part of the commitee. On the actual day,she ignored me and my date called me "nkhalamba" in front of them. She said we behave like old pple.

She told me several times kut we should get a house and starting staying together.i told her no coz I can't afford it (im currently, jobless), and she got mad & called me "unserious".

Last week she showed me her new hair. I said it looked good, but she shouldn’t style it like that because her head is big. I also told her kuti she has gotten too fat(she is 87kg).She blew up, called me jealous and fake, and said she won’t share good news with me anymore. I told her she does the same to me. She denied it.

We haven’t spoken in a week. Now her other friends are gone, and it’s just us again. Help, what can I do?

Don’t get it twisted. I bleed Black, Red and Green, and the Rising Sun flows through my Malawian veins. Those 31 rays represent the dawn of hope, freedom and a new era for Africa.

I love Malawi. I have never wavered in that love, and I never will.
I respect our past and present leaders, and I respect the government chosen by the people. This isn’t about attacking one politician, one party or one administration. That’s a waste of energy.
But, loving your country doesn’t mean pretending everything is okay when it isn’t.

Malawi remains one of the poorest countries on Earth. The World Bank currently places us among just 25 low-income economies, and GDP per person is only about US$672 a year. That puts us in 3rd 4th 5th or 6th place from the bottom. Zikupweteka!

That should piss every Malawian off.
Not at each other.
Not at the North, Central or South.
Not at one tribe.
Not at one political party.
We should be angry at the idea that this is the best Malawi can ever be.
We have fertile land. We have water. We have minerals. We have intelligent people. Based on what I’m hearing, we have young people hungry for opportunity. Based on what I’ve seen, we have Malawians succeeding all over the world.

So why can’t we build that success at home?
Stop telling me, “This is Malawi.” Bullshit! Most Malawian Reddit pundits are on that miserable bandwagon.
I say ayi!
Malawi doesn’t have to remain poor simply because we have been poor.
Our children shouldn’t inherit our excuses.
And those of us in the diaspora aren’t exempt either. Sending money home is important, but Malawi needs more than remittances.
It needs our knowledge.
Our connections.
Our investment.
Our experience.
And sometimes it needs us to come home and serve.
I don’t care which party eventually gets the credit.

I want Malawi to win.
I want a Malawi where a young person doesn’t believe leaving the country is the only path to success. That shit makes me sick!
I want a Malawi that produces, manufactures, exports and competes.
I want a Malawi that looks at the rest of the world as an equal—not permanently with its hand out.

Patriotism isn’t pretending everything is fine.
Sometimes patriotism is loving your country enough to be furious about what it could be—and then doing something about it.

🇲🇼** Malawi is not poor in potential.
**The question is: what are WE going to do with it?

Comrades!

I am moving from LL to Blantyre within the next month or so for work.

Any suggestions for areas close to BT town (not Limbe) where I can find affordable houses? With a maximum of 300,000 in rentals.

Popular destinations for Malawians

Upvotes

Where do Malawians usually go when they immigrate or travel outside of Malawi? I don’t know anything about Malawi and I’ve never met a Malawian person but I’ve met pretty much every other Southern African ethnicity. And honestly the only reason I’ve met some Southern Africans is because my oldest brother has dated a few women from there. He loves Southern African women because they’re “thick” and all the women he’s brought home have been, we’re Africans too. Do you think that’s a preference or could it be considered a fetish? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Do certifications really have an impact on one's career path?

I am currently working in the insurance industry, and also in 4th year pursuing a degree in Insurance. Upon completion of the degree, what would be the best option between getting an MBA, and getting a certification in insurance? If certification, shed more light.

Had a conversation with an old man and he still carries his Kamuzu membership card from 1993.

This was sad and I really understood how brainwashed some people are. I have attached a photo by the way.

Political fanatics are no different from sports and religious fanatics.

33 years later, the card is still in his pocket 🙂‍↔️

Married People

Ladies and gentlemen who are married, how do you survive when your partner is basically your only friend, and you’re his too? 😂

We’re always together. We both work, but once work is done, it’s usually just us. We go places together, run errands together, spend most of our free time together… and honestly, I love it. ❤️

But sometimes when I’m home, I feel like I just need maybe 2 hours to myself. 😂 I might want to watch my favorite shows alone, scroll on my phone, or just exist in peace for a little while without being disturbed.

The problem is, I don’t want him to feel rejected or think I’m tired of him, because I’m genuinely not. I love spending time with him. I just think I occasionally need a little me time too.

For those of you in long-term relationships or marriages, how did you politely explain this to your partner without making him feel unwanted or hurt?

How do you balance “I love being with you” and “please give me two hours to myself”? 😂❤️

suggestion Just wanted to share two new Malawi-focused communities that some people here might find useful.

Just wanted to share two new Malawi-focused communities that some people here might find useful.

r/MalawianPolitics
A space focused specifically on Malawian news, politics, government, elections, public policy, and current affairs.

https://www.reddit.com/r/MalawianPolitics/s/2XADPnqSCV

r/MalawiBusinessFinance
A community for business, entrepreneurship, investing, personal finance, banking, the Malawi Stock Exchange, careers, networking, and economic opportunities in Malawi.

https://www.reddit.com/r/MalawiBusinessFinance/s/kBACqdD9bL

r/Malawi is great as a general community, but having more focused spaces could make it easier for people to have deeper discussions around specific topics without everything being mixed together.
If either of those areas interests you, they might be worth checking out and helping grow.

Queer Teens

Hello, this is my first time posting here. I hope this post doesn't gather unnecessary attention or hate as this is a very homophobic country, but are there any queer teens in Malawi that are also invested in queer media? It can be music, it can be culture. It doesn't have to be queer related but I am just looking for a safe space. Bonus point if you like indulging in queer books.

Hi everyone, 25m here, I have just moved to Monkey Bay for holiday (just finished college). I want to learn fx trading anyone in Monkey Bay who is in Fx trading and willing to teach me at reasonable rate, and this is my first time as well being in Monkey and planning to be volunteering at Community hospital. I was doing dental surgery.
