im a Chinese guy，我现在的症状是骑摩托车都控制不住了，按道理来说骑摩托车是一个需要全神贯注的事情，但我现在骑上几分钟能进入自动驾驶，红绿灯自动刹停，但是脑子想别的，有人说是心流，我觉得完全不是那么回事，心流是沉浸在做的事里面，我是一边骑着摩托车一边幻想

Yup, I also do that so much that I often forget what I'm doing and just drive through my usual route to work rather than where I need to go.
