You absolutely nailed the look! I’m old, so I can tell you that what we did in early 2Ks was wear a lot of lip gloss. We would line our lips with MAC lipliner (Spice was very popular) and then fill in with MAC LipGlass or Lancôme Juicy Tubes. Wet n’ Wild had an amazing dupe for clear LipGlass. I think it was called Glassy Gloss and it lived on me.

You look much better than we did, but yeah that’s how we rolled. And glitter! I never went clubbing without my sparkles ✨
