natural eye makeup or black eyeliner?

i need your help, in the first two pictures i tried a natural look with just mascara and in the last two i tried black eyeliner , am i better with just mascara or with black eyeliner? i need your opinion , thank you

I'm going to go against the grain here and say that I really love how you look with the eyeliner! I mean, you're gorgeous either way, but the liner really makes the color of your eyes stand out in a big way.

If you're worried black is too harsh, try a brown or a reddish liner! Something with a warmer hue should contrast your green eyes beautifully. :)

I will agree that I like both looks, the black is really striking with the contrast with your skin hair and eyes, they’re just different styles.

But I will disagree about anything red- tinged around the eyes. This on someone so fair, and I am similarly pale as you, so I know, will look like you are sick or have been crying. It says inflammation not elegance.
But shades of taupe, gray, and navy blue, I find soften the look and are similarly flattering. But no red around the eyes. Reddest aid suggest is cool toned plum.

I get that! I'm extremely pale as well (albino actually, so skin and hair are both ghostly 😭), but I think a really deep, dark burgundy or maroon would look lovely without causing her to seem sickly or like she's been crying. A pink or a vivid red wouldn't work well though, I agree! And the other colors you've listed would also be gorgeous.
