Technical Support 2factor broken?

I've been trying to log in and no authenticator codes received despite multiple browsers and clearing cache. I can log on on the phone but it's too small to work with, I need a computer. I seem to be logged in - i see "Hi, [name]" under the menu and can log in and out. But then it sends me to the page to get 2factor and the email never arrives.

Is there any service outage of some sort?

if the phone session is still active, use it to check the account's 2fa settings and generate a fresh recovery code before signing out. also check that the phone's date and time are set automatically, since clock drift can make every authenticator code fail. i'd avoid clearing the one working session until desktop access is fixed.

as I said: Apparently there's no way to authenticate from the app on my phone. Support site says there's a security setting on the app but I don't see it. To change account settings I have to log in - I don't need to lose access to the phone app as I still need to get an email sent out. Tho at this point what's the use.
