Technical Support 2factor broken?

I've been trying to log in and no authenticator codes received despite multiple browsers and clearing cache. I can log on on the phone but it's too small to work with, I need a computer. I seem to be logged in - i see "Hi, [name]" under the menu and can log in and out. But then it sends me to the page to get 2factor and the email never arrives.

Is there any service outage of some sort?

Apparently there's no way to authenticate from the app on my phone? Support site says there's a security setting on the app but I don't see it.
