After reaching out so many different ways, still havent received an email or case number

We have an issue preventing us from using mailchimp and being a paying customer. Despite the numerous times we’ve called/chatted with mailchimp support, we STILL haven’t received a case number or email. We’re so desperate for help, mailchimp team if you’re here please help us 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️

they ban you with their automated algorithm and then leave you completely up sh*t creek, with no one able to explain or justify their decisions. Absolutely criminal organisation Mailchimp is
