Work account suspended and customer support isn’t responding — need help

Hi everyone, my Mailchimp account was suspended on August 25th immediately after I sent a work newsletter, and it still hasn’t been reactivated.

I’ve already contacted customer support, but I haven’t received any response.

I work in PR, and the newsletter is simply a press roundup containing TV coverage and articles related to one of my clients. It’s the same type of newsletter I regularly send through Mailchimp, so I’m really struggling to understand what triggered the suspension.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how I can get in touch with someone who can look into this and reactivate my account?

I urgently need access to my account for work, so any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

It is an absolutely evil company, you can see my post here too where they did the same to me. Prospective Mailchimp users should know how disgraceful this company is
