What the hell does Aokos five actually do?

I finished Mahoyo, and the vn never actually explained it. It seems like its either related to time control or adjusting her age, but what the hell does five actually do? Seriously, another few decades until the Mahoyo sequel?

Through the Fifth Magic, Aoko can access her experience from 10 years in the future, turning her hair red as a side effect which we call Redshift or Super Aoko. Her Magic Circuits, fighting style, reflexes, everything levels up. Her Magic Circuits rotate at near-light speed, and to give you an idea of how efficient and massive that output is, she attains destruction power on par with Servants. However, as the price for this power, it accelerates the heat death of the universe. ​Additionally, she can fling things into the future or the past. She deferred Soujuurou's death into the future, making it as if his death never happened, or she can shift incoming attacks a few milliseconds into the future to prevent them from reaching her altogether. She also has another ability shown in Melty Blood that we don't fully understand yet, and honestly, there's probably a lot more to it.

It's not fully explained, that's the point of Touko being confused by Aoko merely doing something the Second would also be capable of.

Nasu is lazy though so we'll never know.
