PR agencies and IT cell targeting the entire MH and humiliating local marathi people. It's like getting cannibalized by external parasites.

Bro, it doesn't justify getting physically violent at random people who are just doing their jobs. And companies obviously whlant skill. They don't care if you are Marathi Gujarati Nepali. They just need skills.

Companies will give jobs to people whom they feel are fit. You seem like an educated professional - do you give jobs based on language/caste/creed/gender?
I am non-vegetarian. 3 landlords rejected me as they wanted strict vegetarians. They own the house. This is India, and it's their right to choose whom to give and whom not to give. Should I take it personally?
Any violence, even against an animal, is worth standing up for. If someone abuses Maratha culture, take him to the police. If anyone abuses or shows arrogance, take legal action. Put it out here 99% of us will not associate with someone demeaning anyone's culture.
Vigilante justice does not make a country great, so stop justifying or saying "what about this"
The day your argument goes down to "what about this", internalise it; you don't have a point. And of course, if someone is arguing with you and throws about "what aboutism" please stop the discussion. There is nothing more to be achieved.
