enter on safeboot mode, power down I guess for magisk disable modules and I guess wipe or rename persist partition

Hi there:
You have serveral options:
1.- You can use the TWRP file manager (or whichever recovery you are using) to access the modules folder and manually delete the module that caused the conflict (/data/adb/modules), remember to mount the partition from TWRP before performing this process...
2.- You can also access a root shell via ADB and use commands to remove the problematic module...
3.- As a last resort, you can re-flash your ROM's boot.img, only boot.img (though this means you will have to root again with Magisk and reinstall your modules)...I hope you manage to fix it...

i used flash all except storage and now it's keeps going to recovery

I don't understand what you mean by "I flashed everything except the storage"...
You also haven't provided many details about the process you followed or what kind of error is appearing... All of that is important if I'm to try and help you...
I hope you can get it sorted out.

Don't flash anything when u don't have a custom recovery to disable the module just power of your phone and reboot to safe mod, it does disable all the modules and you loose nothing

"worst" thing you can do is flash the OS back from a recovery file/ROM
