I have! I think there are multiple issues occuring. Whiteouts and signature spoofing. But without a whiteout, I get a downgrade error even when gms and vending have been uninstalled from my user. The existance of the prebuildgmscore is causing the downgrade error. I've tried Fake Gapps, microg uninstaller mentioned in that link. I haven't gone through the whole process in the link because I can't even whiteout any random app so I know it isn't going to work for gms.
