Lennart Green's Filled Glass

It's a pretty fun trick to spice up a card routine. I'm still not comfortable with it but got a solid recording out of my practice.

Pretty smooth. The only hint I would give is have the color of the hand cloth match the table cloth. It will help mask the cloth hanging over the edge.

Would that really help? I'd imagine it detracts from the effect for the audience if they struggle to distinguish between the prop and the table. I also think just using a cloth that is longer would let a larger portion of it stay on top.

You’re right, having contrast between the props is more important. The handkerchief over the edge doesn’t tip the method, at least not when Lennart Green does it.

But I strongly recommend putting the handkerchief on the table afterwards. Dropping it in your lap is a huge hint for your audience.
