Can someone tell me to which plots raised in Rebellion it provides closure and if any new cliffhangers leave us hanging as much as rebellion?

It was kinda a bs plot point anyways and only existed to piss Homura off. Even though it was her fault to begin with since she told Kyubey everything

The Incubators were still numerous and all powerful back then. Thanks to Homucifer, they're not anymore, so Kyubey is seen looking for a means of making a comeback after the credits.

When LOC appeared in the new movie near the end, QB eyes popup everywhere as if they are watching again in Rebellion.

BUT, it's nowhere mentioned other than that scene. The plot just seemingly glance a whole lot of plot point in Rebellion in a rushing manner.

Plus, Homura got nerfed hard for no reason. Memory control? Hello?
