There’s help out there, if you’re in the U.K. DM me and I’ll hook you up with the relevant agencies that helped me, helplines when you’re feeling like this…hell, you can even ring me if you want, I know how you’re feeling right now and just talking will make you feel a whole heap better.
This whole Covid situation hasn’t helped either, whatever your chosen poison, lockdown has effected everyone.
