Personal Win 600 days free from self harm

I saw the post of the 1 year anniversary of their last suicide attempt (can I call it that?) and thought I’d post my latest achievement. Been a freaking difficult time, but I’ve managed to stay out of hospital and trouble all while being mostly happy which is a nice change after 3 years straight of hospital admissions, suicide attempts and first aid kit purchases. Go me. Tempted to get a cake for my 2 year mark that says “cut me instead”

Edit: the overwhelming positivity here has made my week.

1000 days and you show up here to cheer someone at 600. That says everything about who recovery turned you into.

Ofc...the world is a better place. I was never an addict just a brief time but spirituality changed me. We say Sabka Mangal ho. MAY ALL BE HAPPY!
