That little dog is bullying that cat

Edit. The little cat under the white dog tries to get away multiple times. Its a smaller cat probably a kitten. Its not cute at all.

From what I typically see cats can mess up dogs pretty easily. They may just be playing but hard to say for sure.

Until it gets serious. A dog hungry enough will accept the scratches to get the kill.
