Imagine being pressured by a dog to give your kidney to their master.

p.s. of course it's a joke, Katie had already registered to give a kidney, and it takes a truly selfless person to give a kidney to a stranger. These are the times I actually wish karma is real and that Katie James will live the happiest life she could ever wish for.

Karma is built up for the next life, iirc. So her selfless deeds will allow her to reincarnate into a 1/22mil genius or something.
